Since 1996, Lonsign began to produce the steering wheel cover, we put the quality in the highest position.

From the beginning, we have been committed to the establishment of quality assurance system and established corresponding quality standards for different products. From raw material procurement, to semi-finished products production and finished products and packaging, we have strict quality management process. At the same time, we pay great attention to the skill training of production workers. All new employees must be trained and qualified to work. At present, most of the workers have more than five years of work experience. 

Before the order for mass production, firstly, we will make a pre production sample for confirmation. When all the product details are confirmed, we will arrange the workshop for mass production. Secondly, in the production process, we have quality inspectors to inspect to ensure the quality of semi-finished products. Thirdly, after the completion of finished products, all products will be fully inspected before packaging and warehousing. Finally, we will sample the products before shipment. And send inspection data and photos to customers for confirmation. We will arrange the shipment only after the customer confirms.

All these are the guarantee of excellent quality.
