Basically MOQ is 1,000pcs in total, you may order 2 or 3 items with 200pcs to 300pcs each.  For some models of steering wheel covers, we need to customize the material.  Difficult to do in small order.   As for 100pcs or 200pcs in total, it’s not workable for mass production. What’s more, we need pay local freight, forwarder fee, and many related cost.   When the cargo arrives at your port, the customers need pay the cost for customs clearance. Therefore, the total cost will be expensive eventually.  Finally you will find this small order is not workable. 

Basically T/T 30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment.  Let’s talk about this later.

Lonsign has been running business on auto accessories since 1996, we always keep long-term cooperation.   Firstly, we would talked and discussed the order details before the deposit payment.  When the cargo is completed, we will do the final inspeciton and show you all the product pictures.   You may send your QC to inspect, or review our photoreport.  We can not proceed to next step only when you confirm the quality. 

As a leading manufacturer, we are very strong on Steering Wheel Covers.  Since 1996, we‘ve put quality on top priority.  Over the years, we have formed a sound quality assurance system and established corresponding quality standards for different products.  At the same time, we pay great attention to staff training. At present, most workers have more than five years of work experience, and new workers can only work after assessment.  

Absolutely it’s necessary to check the sample before order.  For a couple of samples, we may provide you with free, but the customer need pay the freight cost.  

30 to 35 days for the normal order.  15 to 20 days for urgent order.  Depending on the items and order quantity, let’s talk about this later.

As a manufacturer, we don’t keep the products in stock.  Sometimes, maybe we have some products with minor flaw about the quality.  If the customer accept it, we will provide with some discounts. If the costomer doesn’t do, we will abandon them right away.

We will be happy to do that. But generally the printer need MOQ 2000pcs to 3000pcs. If just 1000pcs in total, that may cause a little higher cost on the printing.
